Street floor - ST

This floor is a common space with a cozy sauna, a shower and a relax space.

You should not need to access the Technical room where the wood burner, the puffer and the valves are located. Normally I use this as the primary heath source but my guests will have the benefit of fully automated heath by means of a GPL heater located elsewhere.

In the Laundry there's a combined washer dryer machine, an extra fridge and my personal food warehouse.

You can access it and take what you need, provided you are replacing before leaving.

Sauna

There are some hints to use the sauna.

  • Turn the knob on the electric heater to position 4 and let it run with door cloesd for 1 hour before using it.
  • Agree with other guests upon the best time for everyone, possibly the same day, so heath isn't wasted.
  • Pour a screw cup of essence in the sauna tub and fill with water from the shower. Bins are under the table before the sauna door, spread the water on the stones
  • light up some candles for the atmosfere and in case light goes out...

The electric power absorbed by the stove is equal to the electric power available for the whole house. It is not possible to use at the same time a hairdryer, ovens, microwave, washing machine or any other electrical equipment with significant consumption.

That's the reason why guests from both apartments should know whether the sauna is used. I always suggest you create a whatsapp group to inform each other.

In case of blackout, be sure to turn off the sauna and turn on the main switch located outside the house in a wall door behind the corner
