Where to go from here

Pinter lakes

This is an easy trail, it's not exposed and there are chains to help the less experts in the steepest sections near the end. Once you're at the top you can enjoy a nice view of the valley below or have a picnic by the lakes. Sometimes rock goats can be seen when there aren't too many people around.

Perrin lake

Another easy trail, not exposed. I prepared a ring tour you can follow or use any of the two legs (Cuneaz or Mascognaz). Colors are incredible here, you will probably find a meadow of white flowers near the emissary.

Testa Grigia

The highest point directly above Crest, with 3313 you need to be fairly fit and not suffering of dizziness. It's really safe with chains sections and many people ready to help. When you are on top, the 360 view all around you is simply incredible.

Salero lakes (Rothorn pass)

Easy but fairly long trail with a scree near the end. When you arrive at the two lakes I recommend to climb the small valley on your left, you will reach another lake which offer a fantastic view of Monte Rosa. This is one of my favorite panoramic places.

Palon di Resy - Laghi di Resy - Ciarcerio

Fairly long trail plenty of suggestions. Passed the village of Resy you will climb to a panoramic point of view dominating Pian di Verra and facing the glaciers, then a lunar view of a miniature lake district. Retour from Ciarcerio lake and Belvedere.

Tzere lake

Visit the Vallone delle Cime Bianche while it's still wild and untouched, touch Palon di Tzere and Bivacco CittĂ  di Mariano before this lake surrounded by the buttresses of Monte Rosa
